Source One Mortgage is a residential mortgage lender in the State of Florida that has been serving families since 1994. We are the preferred mortgage lender to many individuals, along with their families and friends. We have several locations in South Florida and are continually growing at a pace that is suitable to meet the needs of our clients. The company is operated by its President, Carl Noriega.

Carl Noriega is a Floridian that was born in Yonkers, New York and raised in Miami, Florida. Carl began his Finance career as a Branch Manager for NationsBank in 1993. With his strong sales and service performance, he climbed the corporate ladder within a few years. He concluded his banking career with Bank of America in their Commercial Real Estate/Capital Markets Division, as a Portfolio Manager in Real Estate Development. In 1997, he ventured to Citibank as a Vice President in their Florida marketplace. He was assigned to be the Team Leader for Florida to increase Citibank's Asset position on a National Level. Given his strong lending background and entrepreneurial state of mind, in 2000 he decided to acquire Great American Capital Corp., and leave the corporate setting. Great American Capital Corp., was a respectable Residential Lender in South Florida since 1994. In 2003, Great American Capital Corp., became Source One Mortgage.

Carl has a BBA degree from Florida International University with a specialization in Finance and a MBA from the University of Miami. He is married and has two children.
